By using the Espresso by Strive App ("Strive App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Strive App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Strive App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Strive App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Strive App.
2. Account Creation and Use

3. Orders and Payments

Mobile Ordering:

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Providence, Rhode Island. You waive the right to participate in a class action or representative action.
